Progressive wanted to provide a solution in the knowledge and financial resources gap faced when
it comes to homeownership for 1st -generation homeowners.

We created The UpPayment, a downpayment
assistance program granting 100 lucky 1st time homebuyers up to $13.5K to make their homeownership dreams, a reality - so they too can pass down generational weatlh.

The film highlighted the many wonderful things we all inherit from our families and flips it by calling out what most do not inherit: the financia means and knowledge to buy their first home. Progressive is putting their money where their mouth is to change that fact.
